1) Breakfast is simple, honest and quite good. There's an option of a full English breakfast, for a few pounds extra - but I didn't feel the need. 2) The room I stayed in was relatively small, but quite comfortable and served it's purpose. I liked that it was quiet and couldn't hear any noise coming from the halls or neighboring bedrooms. 3) The staff is very friendly and were so helpful.

It had everything we needed and we were grateful for the 3 towels - just perfect. Also the disposable cutlery is a great idea. The beds were so comfortable and the lamps were wonderful. Also liked the kettle and microwave.

For one of the cheapest options in London, the property provided a very clean bathroom, a comfortable room, and even a fridge, microwave oven, kettle, and hairdryer - couldn't ask for more for this price really. The clean bathroom was the most important thing for me.

Location was perfect for us visiting family in the area. Having a bit of outside space in the hot weather was a real bonus as well. Would definitely book again.
