Fantastic home stay. A reasonably priced, really warm and comfortable large house. Great kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Plenty for five guests. Daniel kindly put the fire on for us when we went for dinner. Helped us arrange taxis and nothing was too much trouble. Highly Recommend Brookfield lodge.

The property was very central, just across the road from a supermarket. Key was left in lockbox at the door. It was very clean and spacious. Nice little patio at the back. It was very quiet and comfortable. There was everything we needed for a perfect long weekend stay.

It was a beautiful forest lodge high in the hills! The scenery was excellent! The lodge was always so warm and sticks and wood were provided for the fire! It’s all self-catering and beautiful

It was a great experience! The rooms are just behind the pub. Rooms are small but fully equipped and spotless clean. The pub is fantastic! Kitchen is 5* and you can enjoy the traditional Irish atmosphere with great live music.

We stayed in room 2 which was gorgeous. We had a separate area with double bed with doorway to another area with bunks and table area. There was also an en-suite shower room. Our room was modern and tastefully decorated, we were very pleasantly surprised! The view from our room, right from the bed, was straight over the mountains. If you sit outside on the chairs you get the full view of both the mountains and the sea, stunning. There was a self check in system so we didn’t meet our host, but her communication throughout the stay was Evans she was very helpful. As stated, there are. No cooking facilities, but there was a fridge, kettle and tea and coffee. There are cups, glasses and cutlery but no plates or bowls. We were touring on motorcycles and there was plenty of room to store and dry all of our gear. Ardara town is lovely with lots of gift shops and pubs. There is a garage and a general store a few minutes walk away for supplies with the main town about 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend this property and be delighted to return.

The check-in was easy and the chalet was perfect, so clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and secure off street parking. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s just a few steps away from a lovely beach, and close to shops, cafes, and a great pub. We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The place was impeccably clean, which made me feel instantly comfortable. The location was excellent convenient and peaceful making it easy to get around. What truly set this property apart were the amenities. They were not just good they were the best of the best. Everything from the kitchenware to the entertainment options was top-notch and clearly chosen with the guest experience in mind. I was especially impressed by the care the hosts took in providing materials for guests. Lovely little cottage, right beside the lake. 5 minute drive into the village. Plenty of pubs. 5 minute drive from the beach. And we could bring our dog!!
