Super friendly atmosphere – it truly feels like coming home, but in a beautiful place with excellent food. If I ever return to Mu Cang Chai, I will definitely stay here again.

Stunning location high in the mountains on edge of rice paddies.... Lapatan Paradise is beautifully constructed with great attention to detail...designed by Nam our host. Nam and his wife Giang welcomed us warmly, picking us up by bike for the short ride to the homestay. Giang made delicious local food, and Nam guided us on foot and by scooter in the surrounding countryside. Our bungalow was charming, immaculately clean and very comfortable. We slept so well! 'Hidden gem' is such a cliche but Lapantan Paradise truly is one. We plan to return next year!

Kind and english speaking owners, they helped us with transport from the bus and made us breakfast and dinner. Great view! We had really amazing time with local people drinking „happy water” ;)

Everything was great! Take im mind that this is a homestay, rooms are basic but they have everything you need, mosquito net is a big plus. it’s clean and cozy and one can have a meal there. What we liked the most is the family/hosts. We had dinner all together, sharing stories and laughs. Everyone was friendly and kind and we had a great time. They also offer all kind of tours (we went trekking and it was amazing after spending a lot of time on the motorbike). Highly recommend for experiencing local culture, and their English is good so communication was easy

The host was very kind and suggested us the best spots with views over the rice fields that we could visit. The lodge is sitting on top of a small hill overlooking the surrounding rice fields. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. You can also opt to eat dinner at the place, which we found very delicious. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience the real Vietnamese countryside life style.

The room was brand new and stunning. The view was amazing to wake up to. The staff were very keen to help with anything we needed. It was near to the town and the bus station. The breakfast was colossal and cooked to order even though we were late for breakfast! They're a new hotel so still finding their feet a bit.
