If you visit tam coc, don’t doubt it. Amazing bungalows in the middle of nature surrounded by old mountains. Quite and clean place with outstanding people working there that will make you feel like home. Breakfast was amazing, the treat you with mango juice every time you come back, offer you a great welcome food and foot bath at night. Bikes are free and work perfectly and option to rent a scooter is also available

We loved our stay! The property is modern and exceptionally clean. It felt like we might have been the first people to sleep in the bungalow—everything was completely new! The bungalows are very spacious, the beds are super comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and even the hairdryer was amazing. 😅 The location is perfect: you can reach restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk while still enjoying the quiet, relaxing atmosphere by the little lake. But the most amazing part is the owners—they were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a property in this area, look no further—we would come back anytime!

Very cozy place, located right in the middle of the most beautiful landscapes of Ninh Binh. Great for families with both a pool and small playground area, and free bikes (also one with a child seat). However, the best part is the staff! Dungz and the rest of the staff will go above and beyond to accomodate your needs and gladly help out with any issue you may have. Very much recommend this place.

Great location thanks to being in remote from other buildings. Extremely beautiful room as presented in the pictures. The breakfast was nice. It was possible to get lunch and dinner on the same place. All the sightseeings are in small distances. We were provided with the airport transfer which helped a lot especially because it took us about an hour to get our luggage from Vietjet airlines. English-speaking manager Dat was of great help all the time during the stay and even before we came.

Lan is such a sweet and helpful person. She did everything so that I would have a great stay. Her mother too. The food was amazing, both at breakfast and dinner. The surroundings are beautiful, and Ninh Binh turned out to be my favorite place in Vietnam, thanks to all the information that I received from Lan. I can definitely recommend this homestay!

    The hosts are very warm and helpful. They use Google translate which helps ease communication. The rooms are completely fine, clean, all works fine. The huts are more like porticabins, bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is good and dinner too. We used two of their bikes to cycle around and they also had mopeds. This homestay is the first on the road, several others come after it.This one has a more quiet vibe which was exactly what we were looking for (not party). They arranged our transport to hanoi airport after which was smooth.
