My stay was absolutely magnificent! The property was stunning, beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the breathtaking garden views to the well kept amenities, made it feel truly special and memorable. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This was one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had especially considering the amount of effort put into the nature which is on the premises. Wonderful garden to braai and relax, giant comfortable beds, cleanness, but mainly: the family who runs the lodge. They were the most amazing, caring and kind people, and I had the best time being treated to Hungarian food and drinks :) There is nowhere else I would stay if I go to Joburg again. As much as I do not like the city, I had an incredible stay at Anka lodge!

Lin is so friendly and always make sure your stay is memorable. Very neat and tidy cottage and very upkeep. The environment is so peaceful and quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended if you just want to take a break.

We had a lovely stay! The place was exceptionally clean and warm, which was perfect since we arrived on a rainy weekend. Kerry was incredibly friendly and welcoming—her hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely book here again and again. My only suggestion would be to offer a light breakfast, unless it’s already available and I just didn’t enquire. Overall, a cozy and pleasant stay!
