Great accessibility (U3), self-check-in worked nicely (tip: they say 15-30cm, for me 30cm away from reading worked the best). The cabins felt really private and kitchen is nicely furbished.

Hotel is in the very nice location - close property I had meet in the morning. Room was perfect for one night stay. I was very happy that AC was possible to regulate and even switch off. Windows had shutters, so it was perfectly dark inside even after Sun woke up and shone. Happy all together.

Rooms size and distribution was perfect for our group. Each person had its privacy and access to common areas. There were lots of dishes and cups in the cabinets, so you could just load the washing machine and not worry for 3 days.

Self service check-in and check-out is very simple. If you need help, you can also ring the bell at any time to call the front desk. The room cabinet comes with a password lock, which is very thoughtful. There is also a lock for luggage storage, that’s very nice.

Location was good, very close to hbf Kitchenette worked well, good utensils and stove. Good to have a dishwasher. Bathroom was nice but shower cabin very slippery

Very big surprise in my whole travel period, it is truly a gem in Vienna, provided excellent service!! In room my family stayed very comfortable, in kitchen many equipment can help us to cook dishes very day, location is good and close to west train station and metro station, can walk 5 minutes to take shuttle bus to airport. Very good location, friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable and generally the rooms were really nice and clean. There was a curtain in bed to get privacy. Also socket and a small lame in every bed. Cabinets with locks for personal belongings.

Room was ok but I didn't like the showercabin inside a room, location was good and quit.

In a quiet neighbourhood near to several family-friendly parks and an easy walk to a bus or metro into the centre. Comfortable cosy bunk beds with useful shelf and space in the bunk to store some things. Curtains on the bunks help block out a lot of light when shut. During summer the room didn't heat up too much during the day, it helped that it had a window to the courtyard and high ceilings.
