Each apartment has a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or the Jungfrau Massif. Free Wi-Fi is available. Had an excellent stay at CityChalet during my stay! Communications leading up to our arrival was excellent and our check-in was a breeze. The route to our chalet took just 10 mins from Interlaken West station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Facilities provided are all in working condition. We had a blast!!

The apartment features family rooms. Everything! The place was huge, the bed was amazing. The amenities were great. The kitchen was perfectly equipped!

Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. Had use of 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes. Apartment very clean with everything you need. Nice garden area to relax in. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Bus stop a few minutes walk away to get into Interlaken (10 minutes) and Iseltwald. Also there is a boat stop at the lake for trips across Lake Brienz. Would love to come back!

We originally planned to eat out each night and only use the kitchen for making breakfast, but the kitchen and dining area were so comfortable that we decided to stay in 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Barbara and Jorg were wonderful hosts.
