A nice little wood stove on the patio was a fun extra. There are tons of trails. Donkeys and horses. Cows and goats. And fantastic scenery! We stayed in one of the three rock caves. Made for an original overnight. If I lived in Ireland I’d come here for a week for sure!

They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly generous, even going so far as to drop us off and pick us up from the British Open and taking us to Portstewart Golf Course to show us around. Their hospitality truly made the trip extra special. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including the delicious little bits left for breakfast each morning. Could not recommend Alpaca Lodge more highly. A perfect stay from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!
