The place is located in a little Onsen town full of chalets and covered in snow, it’s litterally like in a fairytale. I had a dorm but since the place wasn’t busy I had a room to myself. The room was super cozy and really warm, so really confortable. Contacting the host was super easy through the app, they are quickly replying and are making sure everything is allright, all the time. The onsen was a big plus, I really enjoy relaxing in it after a long day skiing. Also, the breakfast was amazing and when I told them I was vegetarian they adjust the menu for me. I really enjoyed my stay, Moomin and Papa are lovely people. I would come back anytime.

Usually I would take care of myself, but I saw the photo list poster of the criminals at the station and there was just no one on the street. I texted to the owner that I was scared walking to the hotel, then the owner drove to pick me up immediately. I felt very thankful for that. The hotel was comfortable, clean and with a mountain View. There was also an onsen in the shower room. Free tea and coffee in the large dining room, which also have a pretty view. I enjoyed my stay very much.

It was very clean and well maintained, the bedding was super comfortable and the air conditioning really helped cool down the summer heat. We were there for Fuji Rock and the location is really great for getting the shuttle bus to the venue and back. The lodge even offered a free service back to the station the day after the festival. Staff were super friendly and helpful too.

It felt like staying at your favorite relative's house for a long weekend. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, the place is warm and cozy, and the food is world class. There was a different hot meal available every morning and plenty of tea, hot coffee, fresh bread from a local bakery, and a nice selection of jams and spreads to choose from. In the evenings, there's a different meal offered each night in the communal dining room where the fire is always burning and there's always a friendly face to pour you a drink and ask about your day. I also spent a decent amount of time curled up with a good book on one of the couches when I wasn't out playing in the snow. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a log every night.
