The rooms are newly renovated, clean and a good size. Friendly staff and the shuttle to the slopes system works pretty well.

We were very pleased with our stay! We enjoyed the breakfast, spa and overall accommodations. We easily rented ski equipment on site and took the shuttle straight from the hotel to the ski lifts.

The rooms were spacious and the balcony was really nice. The hotel is clean. Very good breakfast. The spa complex is good. The shuttle service to and from the ski resort must be specified. The driver is charming and you usually don't wait more than 5 minutes for pickup. Three minutes drive to the ski lift.

Cozy atmosphere, all facilities you need, friendly staff, very convenient for skiing (sky renting, equipment deposit, worm boots, frequent slope shuttle, ski monitors), nice spa and comfortable rooms. And very important… lucky to have very nice weather:))

Amazing location where you really feel disconnected from the craziness that's happening during winter season in Poiana Brasov. The hosts are doing everything so you can feel like home. VERY warm and cosy 2 bedroom flat in a cabin. Loads of facilities to cook including a firepit. The horses and ponies are beautiful and easy to ride on.

Amazing staff, they called 1 day before our arrival and prepared us for the snow :). They even called again while we were getting to their location offering their support if needed. You will love their staff. Sadly, you get poor services in Ro but not at Yager Chalet.

The best experience so far was the at the Gatsby restaurant, John was really friendly and the food was delicious! We were sorry when we discovered that the restaurant were not going to be open from Monday-Wednesday! Breakfast ok, good location, nice pool, all day shuttle service to the slopes.

Perfect for skiing holidays: free shutle bus to the slopes, ski rentals, ski instructors, spa for après-ski. Room nicely decorated, comfy beds, very friendly stuff.
