Hotel Plaza Berat was excellent - from the way we were welcomed at the reception, to recommendations by staff, to the room itself. It's honestly a 5* experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean and beautiful and so was the room.

It was a beautiful hotel. Room size was good for 3 of us. It was quiet despite being in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with a superb fig tart that was the nicest we've tasted! The view was superb as well. Really love this hotel.

We had a perfect stay! The hotel is located in a beautiful area close to everything with stunning views. The room was absolutely lovely — comfortable bed, beautifully designed space, and the balcony was the cherry on top. We actually ended up staying in the sister hotel "Gorica" as it was low season, but we were treated perfectly as guests - The room was tasteful and spacious. The bed was superbly comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. - The shower was super hot and powerful. In addition, the people were very kind to us.

The whole location is perfect. The building itself and the rooms are very cozy and you feel like home quickly. The family who runs the hotel is soooo friendly, always being there to give you 1000% of comfort. Breakfast also huge and extraordinary, with typical Albanian food. The hotel is located close to the centre of the city, but its also perfect for those who seek silence. All in all it's one of the best hotels I have ever been so far. 1000% recommendation!
