Bujtina KOEL was our favourite place out of all the places we stayed on a three-week trip around Albania. The owner, Thanas, is a real gentleman and takes such pride in the place he has built, and how he looks after his guests. We arrived as guests and left as friends. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Thanas is a great chef, and teams up with a local, Nina, when needed. Together they presented us with true feasts for dinner. Thanas's homemade Raki was graciously shared with us after dinner. The location is great - it's an adventure to get to but the views are amazing. Absolutely worth visiting.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Great facilities and a beautiful and peaceful location. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The service and staff were outstanding. I had lovely time and will definitely visit again.

The location of this beautiful guesthouse is so magical! Tucked away in the remote village and hills above Permet with gorgeous scenery, extremely good food and hospitality. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and the entire atmosphere is peaceful. Kid and pet friendly too!
