Very nice and cosy place. This is a family owned place, and all the members have been extremely nice and welcoming during the stay. The location is perfect as well - I had a transfer flight and needed a place to stay nearby. For a small fee I was taken from the airport to the residence and back. Breakfast was small but delicious, we had a quick and hearty conversation with the owner. I was also reminded several times not to miss my flight, I could tell that the people here are very responsible:)

Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. We really, really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. A new, cozy, modern hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a robe and slippers. The balcony overlooking the river gave us many pleasant moments over morning coffee and evening tea. Special thanks go to the staff of this hotel, very friendly, intelligent, always smiling, which made our stay even more comfortable. The ideal solution of the hotel management was to provide a transfer to the city center. It is a very good accommodation experience. The room is very new and quiet, and the traffic nearby is very convenient. The subway station is 8-10 minutes' walk away and supermarkets next to it. There is a washing machine and dryer in the hotel, as well as a yard. We went from Tbilisi to Yerevan ,we didn't have cash on us, the landlord helped us pay for a taxi. He is a very kind person.and took the initiative to send a message to tell the hotel the exact address after booking the room.
