Very cosy and warm. Room nicely set out. Exceptionally clean, great linen high thread count. Great breakfast. Fantastic huge jet bath. Very polite and attentive staff, and well understood and spoken English (no Spanish from us unfortunately)

Beautiful hotel, great location. Each room has a gorgeous view of the bay, and the bathroom has large panoramic windows. The restaurant has delicious breakfasts, and you can also have a delicious dinner (very tasty meat, sweet potato puree, wine). There is a swimming pool and a spa center, you can order a massage (excellent masseuse, I recommend!). There are several sun loungers and umbrellas. You can also walk to the Pier, there is a beautiful view of the lake, and you can feel the privacy. The staff is polite and nice, but almost no one speaks English.

    A delightful little Swiss-type village up the mountain, about an hour's drive from the Bariloche Airport. The beautiful snow-capped mountains, the azure lakes, the meandering trails along the river and streams, and the picturesque village can be considered a "paradise on earth." The locals are so kind, helpful, and just wonderful. They should teach people in other places about true hospitality and customer service! In the shops, restaurants, hotels, and on the streets, the people are beyond wonderful in helping us. Their genuine warmth, kindness, and friendliness are among the reasons we keep returning whenever visiting Argentina!

    Good price, standard breakfast but medialunas were pretty good. Staff were nice even if we didn't speak much English. Check in times are convenient as you tend to arrive late driving on Ruta 40. Staff also accommodated for our vegetarian dietary requirement for dinner, which was appreciated especially in Argentina. Beds weren't too bad. Parking available onsite.
