great family-owned hotel. about 10 min to ski resort (by car), don't count on local bus service to get to the slopes, weird schedule. amazing breakfast. great restaurant, diverse menu. try the donuts. very clean rooms, very comfortable.

Our stay at Sonnenalm Stuhlek was unforgettable! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious local dishes, wine :) and an exceptional breakfast buffet. The hotel's location was perfect—close to the ski lifts. The spa and wellness facilities provided the ideal way to relax after exploring. Great location, 15 min walk (also with kids) to the cable car. I travelled alone with kids and was worried about transportation around but there was a free shuttle that took us from the train station and around the area when we needed it (for free).
