I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderfully modern hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sleek, contemporary design of the property, which managed to be both stylish and inviting. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner of the room and common areas spotless and well-maintained. The location was another highlight, situated right next to a U-Bahn station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Whether heading to the city center or other attractions, the efficient public transport connection was a huge bonus, saving time and effort during my stay. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every interaction was warm, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and had everything I needed, whether it was local tips, quick check-in/out, or just a friendly smile after a long day. Overall, my stay was a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s modern, impeccably clean, perfectly located, and staffed by wonderful people, this is the place to stay! I’ll definitely return on my next visit.

We needed to stay for one night as our flight from the airport was early in the morning. Hotel few minutes by train from the airport. The staff was also really helpful, as we needed to store something in the fridge - they offered us to use the fridge in the reception.

We had booked several rooms of different bed types.

We had booked several rooms of different bed types. We sent the hotel a list of names and rooms for each tourist in advance. On the spot we were given other rooms, instead of deluxe - ordinary ones. Single rooms were confused with double rooms and double rooms with single rooms. It was very unpleasant. Check in took a long time.

Quiet place but some items should be in the rooms like a kittle and bottled water. I asked for a coffee and the receptionist said no coffee and I asked for a soup but sadly the answer was negative by the same person at the front desk.

Unfortunately the people at reception were impolite and unprofessional the treatment for me was very bad and I didn’t like the attitude of the receptionist Secondly the room doesn’t have either refrigerator or water heater , the hotel was 30km far from Vienna international airport while in the Booking.com site it was mentioned 7 km so the taxi cost me 70$ which is too much I’ll never go back to this hotel again and I don’t recommend it.

...just stay one night, easy travel by bus and U-bahn to city centre, easy for shopping close by...would recommend for accomodation...breakfast was nice, tasty, fresh, good and plentifull selection...would happily stay again...

Good location if you have a car.

Good location if you have a car. Massive bonus it is pet friendly. It was clean but during our stay in our wing were ongoing reconstruction - no noise tho in the night etc. Overall happy with two nights stay. We did miss a fridge and some kettle in our room. Breakfast is not great if you are a vegan.
