Cool and clean property with a very nice host and cute rooms. You can find parking near the property at P1. It’s a 2-minute walk away. You get a better price for parking because you are a hotel guest. When you arrive, the hotel host lets you park behind the hotel first, to unload your luggage and then you can move your car to the designated parking areas. It was very good, the breakfast was ok. It was not as rich as other hotel breakfasts, but it was ok.

The hotel met all our expectations and more than we expected. It is located in the very center of the town on the main square. The hotel cannot be reached by car, but the hotel shuttle runs from the parking lot. The entire hotel is furnished in an older traditional style. The hotel has a beautiful terrace next to the lake where you can have a drink or dine, which is a special experience. For breakfast there is a wide selection of food, and for dinner we chose from the menu and everything we tried was very tasty (especially the trout from the lake).

A wonderful stay at the lakeside in Hallstatt, one of the most beautiful villages in the world. We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful our stay was, because it was 10 minutes walk away from the city center which is usually bustling with tourists. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect for our stay in the area. We were able to park our car there and walk into Hallstatt, which we did earlier in the day and in the later afternoon when it was not so busy. We drove to many nearby attractions and villages. The apartment had everything that was required and comfortable. Silvia allowed us to use the clothes line to dry our hand wash laundry which was handy. Unfortunately after the initial welcome we didn’t get to catch up with Silvia and her Husband as we were out all the time and it was still too cool to sit in the beautiful garden in the evening. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

The room was clean and modern. The location at the end of the gorge was pleasantly peaceful. Having free parking right in front of the house was a big plus, as the village’s public parking spots were full. It was just a short walk to the town center and Salzwelten.
