I liked that the hotel is new, that the rooms are nice and clean. Due to good metro connections, the hotel is not far from the center and the main attractions of the city. Sound insulation is excellent and you cannot hear other guests from neighboring rooms. A very ugly thing happened to me during my stay in Vienna; a thief stole my wallet at the train station and took all my money. It was a lot of stress for my mom and me, and our vacation was ruined. There was no point in staying in Vienna in such a nervous breakdown, so we told the hotel staff what happened to us and asked if we could leave two days earlier and get a refund for those two nights. They agreed without any questions and we are very grateful for that. Their kindness and understanding meant more to us than the certainly wonderful ambience of the hotel. All recommendations for Bassena hotel. They are great! You won’t regret :)

Modern and clean hotel. Excellent rooms and view from high floors. Breakfast to be desired. The surroundings of the hotel will be a new modern district with beautiful new buildings. There is a parking lot not far from the hotel, €5 for 24 hours in the building, and no one can enter the garage without a card. the garage is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes (25 kilometers) from the hotel to the cathedral in the center by car. Parking in the center of Beca (public garage) 5 euros per hour. A beautiful hotel and a beautiful city.
