One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is truly high end, with a wonderful and attentive staff. I especially appreciated the attention to every little detail. Such a wonderful place to unwind. It was perfect from A-Z. The service and staff were exceptional and made us feel so comfortable. Will definitely visit again. The rooms are beautiful appointed and the whole place is very stylish.

We were welcomed very pleasantly. We were very happy to be able to check-in after check-in hours. We were even happier after hearing we are getting a free upgrade to a better room. The room was very clean and had stunning views of the lake. The bed was very comfortable. At the breakfast table we had a great view of the lake and the breakfast-buffet offered a large selection. The available underground car park was very convenient. The highlight was the wellness area, which was accessible through a underground tunnel. The outdoor pools are comfortably warm (34 degrees) and the finish saunas are great. We really enjoyed sunbathing in the textile and textile free area, we felt very comfortable due to great sight protection. The privat access to the lake was also very cool and calming.

The location was a little further from the town centre than we had expected and had we not been able to make use (with the unfailing help of the family members and the staff at the town Tourist Information Office) of the excellent Post Bus Shuttle service, without a car it would have been difficult to get around.
