Our stay was magical! We were in awe from the minute we arrived and we were sad to leave. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and so welcoming. The accommodation was perfect and so clean and well maintained. Our hosts invited us to go to a professional ice hockey game of the Zell em See team and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The hosts organised for the team to sign a jersey for my son who was overwhelmed with the hosts kindness and is having the signed jersey framed. The breakfasts were excellent and the dining room was beautifully set out/decorated; our hosts booked evening meals for us in Zell em See at places they recommended which resulted in us having incredible dining experiences. We loved everything about the Hotel, the facilities and our hosts from the minute we arrived until our hosts dropped us off at the train station to start our journey back to Australia. We had a magnificent time and we are planning to go back there. We highly recommend this Hotel with its amazing facilities and hosts. 10/10👍

Cozy place, two spacious bedrooms, little terrace. Two pools are included in the price - indoor and outdoor. Free of charge covered garage, comfortable bed, very satisfying breakfast. Children playground in the territory. 15 mins walk from the lake with nice path along. Very welcoming service in the reception.

I like the location and hospitality of the hotel team. After arrival, we were greeted with drinks and while drinking the wonderful lady came to us, and we filled up our details. The Complementary Summer Card covered everything around the area including cable car, boat ride, bus and train. Amazing breakfast. Private parking facility available and 7 minutes walk to the lake. From our balcony we had the lake and Mountain View both . Last but not in the list I wake up from sleep hearing bell from the cow who are grassing on the Alps.

This newly renovated hotel offers sleek, practical and modern interior with kitchenettes in all the room. Not only does it come with your complimentary tea and coffee, but also cold beverages (water, coke and red bull). On the beds, you have bathrobes and slippers that you can use for the spa for each guest. We were upgraded to a superior double suites which has a separate room and en-suite bathroom, which meant that the kids had their own bathroom as well. The superior suite also has a combo oven and a stove which is not available in the standard room our friends stayed in. The hotel also has a spa which offers a pool, spacious relaxing beds with partitioning, and two saunas with different temperatures. It is very much comparable to dedicated wellness spas. Service was good with friendly staff on hand who can advise you on what to do in Zell am See, especially with children. Our hotel gave us a “Summer and mobility pass” which meant that the activities and public transport were free (or heavily discounted). The location is a short walk from the train station and close a couple minutes walk to the pool and town centre. Close enough to the main attraction, but far enough from the busy centre. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you have children.

This hotel was simply excellent. We had the family suite and the room was fantastic as well as view to the mountains from the balcony. They did have a small dinner menu however we didn't try it. The breakfast was a little small in terms variation/selection but it had everything most people would need and they even made individual coffee to every guest. It was easy to find a parking spot as it was just outside the hotel next to the entrance. During our two week trip to Italy this was by far the best hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to visit again.
