After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.

I had the joy of celebrating my 50th birthday at this truly exceptional hotel — and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. Every meal was a celebration of taste, beautifully prepared and thoughtfully served. It was the ideal setting to mark a milestone — peaceful, beautiful, and filled with heart. What we both experienced in this lovely hotel was far above expectations: The owner of the hotel did everything possible to make our stay pleasant in every way, always with a welcoming smile, and endless generosity. We stayed six nights and every day on our return we always found a neat and clean room - such a magical room that we didn't feel like leaving it. The breakfasts were served abundantly with a variety of delicacies within an elegant buffer at a very high level, many of the accepted norms. We will no doubt return to this amazing hotel and recommend all our friends to do so.

Stayed in new part of the hotel. Got a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice bonus. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had beautiful view onto the Alps. It even had a jacuzzi bath !
