Everything was perfect! The staff were extremely nice and the room was spotless clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, since we arrived late the kitchen was about to close. The staff did everything they could for us to have a decent meal and had the best! chips during our whole trip! :) Also the spacious bathroom and the hot shower was amazing!

I just appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the warmth of the hotel in both the lounge area and my room. After spending 2 weeks sleeping in my van and breaking down in Mt Gambier it was great to have a warm comfy bed and shower without it costing me an arm and a leg. Tracey and John were very prompt and kept in touch with me prior to my arrival to ensure that one of them meet me on time, as we arrive after a long journey on the road. We as a family of 4 and my parents were there for a good 3 days. The townhouse is very centrally located, not far from cafes, shops and restaurants. It's indeed a gorgeous place for a big family holiday.
