I’m giving 5 stars as for the price, and the location this is fair. The wife and husband who own it are wonderful people and so kind and went out of their way to help us when we were in a bit of a pickle. The rooms are basic but what do you expect in the middle of remote areas! Clean and friendly. And the Indian food was incredible. Thank you

I would not recommend this property to anyone, is disgusting, they need big renovations or they need to be knocked down, they have curtains on the doors for the bathroom. the head board for the bed is painted, overall the furniture is disgusting the furniture is old and the rooms are not even a 1 star they are terrible.

MEEKATHARRA IS HALF WAY FROM PERTH TO HEDLAND THE 2 BIGGEST PLACES SO ITS A MUST FOR A REST. THE TOWN ITSELF IS NEAT AND ALWAYS CLEAN AND TIDY. TAKEAWAY FOOD IS LIMITED BUT THIS IS A DESERT TOWN ON OUTBACK AUSTRALIA AND WITHOUT THE MINING OUTSIDE OF TOWN IT WOULD ALMOST BE A GHOST TOWN SO WE STOP ALWAYS AT THESE PLACES TO SUPPORT THE LOCAL ECONOMY AND PEOPLE.

Meeka is a mining town which has some beautiful wildflowers in September! It is one of the Rfds bases which operates in the outback region. The granites, the mines and the golf club "greens" are worth a look to see how outback golfers do it without a green!😃😅🤣 At the end of the day the Conmercial or the "Commie" pub put on a delicious meal!

A delapidated town with vacant blocks everywhere because the houses and businesses have been burnt down. I am sure there is a lot of history around the place but we didn't hang around. Won't be back if I can help it.
