Location was perfect. Views were nice. It was quite. A good amount of food extras in cupboard. Not close to other units with lots of garden.

Fantastic value . Great price and an old style holiday cottage. Super comfortable with everything you need to self cater and enjoy a cozy evening. The hosts are very friendly and keen to make sure you have what you need. Super clean. On the west Coast, 28 km from Currie but lovely quiet location with ocean views . For the price and value I would definitely go back.

Location and quality of the cabin was excellent. We were very happy and are planning on returning for a longer stay. King Island only has Telstra mobile coverage.

I loved the peace and quiet.

I loved the peace and quiet. There are no shops - you need to drive to Currie for that, but you have to drive everywhere pretty much so not a problem. Close access to my own beach was fantastic. The friendly little wrens joining me for breakfast and Happy Hour was very special.

Naracoopa is on the quiet side of the island.

Naracoopa is on the quiet side of the island. It is a little out of the way from most of the attractions, but as King Island is small travelling around isn’t really a problem. Fishing form the jetty seemed very easy. The beach and surrounds well kept and clean. There is a bbq area and small playground.

There's no denying King Island is small and the roads are mainy gravel but they are good to drive on and Naracoopa being the less populated side of the island is ideal for those wanting to embrace a slow paced, quiet and nature laden experience - the birdlife is fabulous. Fairy wrens, green parrots, swifts, sparrows, starlings, blackbirds galore. (I'm sure there is more that a birder would recognise.) Nothing is far away and the jetty is easily walkable. Easier to bring your own food as not much is available on this side of the island.

Peaceful, fairly isolated village on the other side of the island to the main town 30km away. Beautiful ocean front. No amenities/shops. Very quiet. Beautiful. Good location to get to Grassy and Currie easily, though the number of wallabies and other beautiful wildlife near the roads make driving a challenge.
