This property is a hidden gem. The staff, decor and location all were all great. The view from the main lobby of Sydney Harbour is just stunning and the location next to the zoo was such a treat. We woke up as saw kangaroos and emus outside our window. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

The room was always clean. Room service staff always kept the room in a good condition. The room was spacious and well furnished. Always having a very good supply of coffee, tea and sweetener. Lots of light in the room that you can control if you need bright light or dim light. The hotel is so close to public transit. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. They make sure to take care of the room and any maintenance that needs to be done, they do it proactively without me having to ask. Overall, great stay and totally recommended. Thank you

Full of history, peaceful, great views, excellent service, comfortable beds, shuttles were quick and convenient, fridge in room, beautiful grounds, restaurants on property, good food, free shuttle to Manly, great for weddings and conferences, several lobbies and meeting spaces.
