I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exactly as I’d hoped—very cozy, with a fantastic view from the high floor I requested. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy the space. I’m extremely pleased with the room and would happily stay here again!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever a problem! Beds are so comfy, bathrooms are spacious, the flavoured water in the lobby is always such a wonderful amenity, and its in the perfect location if you are shopping or attending a show (or both!). The views from our room were amazing as well.

    The accomodation was over priced for the primitive amenities...

    The accomodation was over priced for the primitive amenities provided and the breakfast was limited to only one cereal, fruit, yoghurt and only warm water for tea and instant coffee. the staff were OK but not overly helpful. You have to pay an extra $10 per night to park your car in their big empty carpark which we were not told about until we arrived. I personally would not recommend staying at this property you can get better value for money elsewhere

    Free cancellation is good, room service not at all, fridge is not good, towels is too old, price is good, too noisy the street side, this hotel is only ok for a night and not recommend for family with kids under 10.

    The hotel was passable, but for that price at Christmas it perfectly fit the price. The beds were not exactly comfortable, but I could sleep without problem. The room was big enough. The staff was nice too, and they had glutenfree bread (even though I had forgotten to ask about it before booking). There are some restaurants not far away from the hotel, too.

    Good value for money. Cannot complain. Toilets are a bit on the smaller size. Clean sheets and room. Wentworthville station close by. Good receptionist. Small common dining area and microwave. Wending machines inside for coffee, toiletries and small food items etc..
