I had an exceptional experience I had during my stay at Arena hotel. We had warm welcome and efficiency of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, thank you for the upgrade to the Olympics building.the hotel is immaculate cleanliness, which is especially important to me. The room was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks for the outstanding service provided by the staff members (Farid and the girls on the reception). Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, was incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, prices is cheaperthan the restaurant outside. I look forward to returning in the future and will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The facilities in the villa and it is like just built.. The tidiness and clean. The owner kidness and excellent support and coordination .

A very very wonderful hotel, deserves a high rating, the rooms are extremely clean, the breakfast is varied and very delicious, entertaining for the children, the staff are extremely kind, ready to provide service with dedication, smiles and patience at any time. I would like to thank Faiq in particular who was very cooperative. I also thank Ayaz and Emin. And the kitchen staff.

Nice hospitality and very good service. Ghulam is really nice gentleman who have helped us on almost everything and around the city.
