This new hotel was value for money! We were very nervous about the booking at this foreign place! We stayed for two nights! For tourists like us English Speaking staff were of great help! Esp. Mr. "Said"! He helped us with Sim Card! He also helped us with car booking unfortunately we had to cancel! Ms. Firouza was quite polite in helping us with that issue! Location is not near the centre, which was a bonus as we got to sight see when travelling to and from Nizami and Old baku! Overall we were delighted with the service!

I had a very good experience in Qafqaz. Everybody, from reception to housekeeping is like a family to me, as i spent 2 weeks here. Very nice and warm people, very clean hotel, spacious rooms, the breakfast is delicious and the prices are so good. If i ever come again to Baku, Qafqaz will be for sure 1st choice on my list.

I can say that we liked the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Satisfied with bathroom amenities. We waited for a Swedish table at breakfast, but it didn't happen. breakfast was served to us as a set. It was explained that it was presented in this way due to the small number of guests at the moment. The main thing is that we did not go hungry. The staff was quite accommodating. Would I choose this hotel again? probably yes.

The hotel is new, the location is convenient. Walk at a calm pace to the center for 20-30 minutes, by taxi it’s very fast, the trip will cost about 3 manats. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds. There are all necessary equipment in the room. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. I recommend this hotel. Ideal price-quality ratio.
