We spent only one night in this hotel, total less tran 10 hours. Very comfy bad and clean room. Plenty of parking in front and very good breakfast (included in price).

The staff at the motel Zoka were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. Apartmants are large and clean. It is on great location if you are traveling between balkan countrys(3 countrys in the surrounding).

I wasn't sure what to expect as I didn't really understand the overall concept of the village however we were very impressed upon arrival. I now realise there are various accommodations within the complex. We stayed in a private villa which was fun. Enjoyed exploring the village, the restaurants, the swimming pool and had a fabulous massage and facial. It was a mini vacation within our holiday which I didn't expect and thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

Really nice hotel with all the right touches. The rooms even had a balcony overlooking the country fields. Not far from restaurants and has a 24 hour petrol station on premises. Highly recommend.

Good facility for holidays, combining stay over with wellness and pool. Very nice room, though AC not able to cool fully. Recetionists and cleaning staff in Leonida very nice and professional, making great efforts for a pleasent stay. Professional.

Every one staff was pleasant and helpful also left one alone when appropriate.. They spoke my language (English) which makes things easy. The laundry service was quick and brilliant.
