The lady at the reception was super super friendly and the old male waiter in the restaurant had a great sense of humor and was so friendly- The hotel was comfortable and they even gave a bed sheet for the sofa bed which was very nice of them!

We have stayed here on many occasions. The location of this hotel is fantastic for all the amenities you will need for your stay in Illidza. I stayed with a family of young children and it was just perfect for what I wanted. The swimming attraction is included for free, the play centre is 5 minutes walk, the shopping mall is around the corner with the option to leave the older kids in stay and play as you shop. Supermarket and local food shops not to say the food in the resteraient is so good.
