I loved my stay at Aziza Hotel ! The location was ideal—just a short (though slightly steep) walk from the city center, giving the best of both worlds: easy access to attractions while still enjoying a quiet, elevated retreat with lovely views. The climb back up was a bit of a workout, but taxis were always available for those who prefer not to walk. The hotel itself was cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and exceptionally friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Now, the **breakfast** was a real highlight! A generous buffet! It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Highly recommended for travelers who want a peaceful stay close to the action, don’t mind a little uphill stroll, and appreciate a fantastic morning meal!

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Very nice location, across the river from the Old Town, a few minutes of walking from Catholic Cathedral. Delicious breakfests. We will definitely come back, when next time in beautiful Sarajevo!

Everything was great! The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and cozy, and the bed is very comfortable. Everything is brand‑new and well‑equipped. The location of the hotel is great. You can easily walk everywhere. The hotel staff is extremely helpful, polite and open to communication. The reception makes a great effort to answer your questions. The restaurant part of the hotel and the breakfast are very good. The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean.We checked out of the hotel on Sunday, March 9. I forgot to ask the name of the young man at the reception. I would also like to thank him for all his helpfulness, organizing our airport transfer, his attention and his smile.

We met two receptionists, both of whom were very nice, but the lady was particularly informative about Sarajevo, our stay, and more. To top it off, she went above and beyond when we accidentally locked our keys in the car. She quickly ensured that we received the help we needed. The hotel is new and clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere for guests. Its location is ideal, as it is situated near the old town where all the "must-sees" are. The private parking available was also an important factor for us, as it provided us with a sense of security and convenience. Overall, the Hotel Boss in Sarajevo provides a comfortable and convenient stay for its guests. The exceptional service, clean facilities, and prime location make it a great choice for those visiting the city.
