I really enjoyed my stay in Six Season, the front office guys and the staffs there were really understanding and helpful. The restaurant staffs were also very helpful and remember us as a guest, there is staff named Raghu was going beyond to make sure that my stay there is comfortable. The stay was very comfortable. I loved the rooms, they were clean, had comfortable beds. The reception desk was very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is excellent! their restaurant manager is very professional and caring, the staff will personally look after your comfort. They also made chai for me every day. The food, apart from the buffet, is also excellent. Their taste and portion sizes are really good. They also have 24 hours room service so food is available all the time hence they do not allow outside food. The location is very convenient as its right opposite karwan bazaar metro, CNGs or autos, rickshaws, and cabs are easily available from there. the only draw back is that there is come construction going on... and hence cabs will not enter into the lane, but you can easily walk to the hotel via the lane. You can use star kababs as location and then take the lane next to Hero Honda show room. They are also very close to Basundhara city Mall.

"Everything was excellent in this hotel. Whether you're staying for leisure or business purposes, it is the BEST hotel in Dhaka. We've been to Dhaka before, and no hotel compares to Hotel Empyrean. We didn't have any stomach issues, and the restaurant is excellent. The waiter named Taz was great! The entire staff is very friendly at all times. Anis and Liza at the reception are true professionals and friends, always ready to help with anything, expecting nothing in return except that you are satisfied! Honestly, this place is simply THE BEST!! Don't hesitate to book either the Superior or the triple room, both are great! The room service is excellent! The café is my favorite spot in the hotel. You can hear the birds singing, and there's a view of the trees. I need silence to sleep, and I received a quiet room, for which I am very grateful. If I return to Dhaka, I will gladly stay at this hotel with my husband again. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. Truly a professional and friendly team!!! 10/10"
