The hotel is situated in a wonderful park outside of the town. it overlooks a pair of lakes and the view from the room is hard to beat. My room was spacious and very comfortable. I had a large balcony that I enjoyed a lot. The room was very warm. There is free parking on the premises. The internet was great. Breakfast was made to order - it was very tasty. The staff handed a couple of extra requests of mine with care and expertise.

Our recent stay at the Splendid Pleven was exceptional, as always. We frequently choose Hotel Splendid while traveling, this experience still managed to exceed our expectations. The breakfast is outstanding! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even organizing a birthday cake and surprise for our daughter, which made her day unforgettable. The atmosphere and the view are lovely! As expected, the hotel was impeccably clean and felt entirely safe, reinforcing why we consistently trust Splendid Pleven for our travels. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pleven!

The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! The hotel boasts an quiet and peaceful location, within easy walking distance of superb restaurant and the picturesque Park Kaylaka. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were fridge, toiletries and towels provided in the room.

It's just a great place to stay in Pleven. Parking, kinda important, is free and definitely a plus. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pretty polite. A/C worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy. Wifi was fast and reliable. The sauna was also very well-equipped for use, and the breakfast was fantastic. Very vibrant and fresh ambient. Nice architecture and decoration! No noise coming from the street. We would stay here again. The location of the hotel is excellent. Perfectly value for money in Pleven!

We liked everything!!! The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and equipped with anything you might need. Parking is easy outside the building and you can book a table at the nice restaurant just across the street. The location is perfect for a stay in Pleven - it is just a few minutes away from the city center, yet on a quiet street. We appreciated the nice coffee in the morning that was a compliment. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
