A gem of a place that we are happy we discovered for our stay. From the warm welcome on arrival until the final goodbye on leaving we had an amazing time! It has a great location for exploring sights in all directions in the area. Excelent hotel! Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff! The rooms are modern, beautiful and super clean, the food was delicious and the service ( both the restaurant and front desk) were perfect! It is more than a 3 star hotel ( it can easily be a 4 stars). For nature lovers is a paradise surrounded by trees and beautiful flowers ( the waterfalls are 10 min by foot) Totally recommended!

The Landlord was above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay. We had our towels replaced everyday. Plenty of space to roam around the house. Parking space outside the property. Very relaxing time. The swimming pool is 3 minutes walk to the Waterfalls park entrance. We had fully fitted kitchen with pans plates kettle and fridge to our use. Remember to take tea bags from England as in Bulgaria their daily drink is Coffee. There is an amazing Restaurant in Hote Catleya Relax Zone . So you can cook in the morning breakfast yourself and you can eat at that hotel in the evening. Kitchen closes at 10.30pm. Local shop is 7 minutes walk and you can pay by card. In the village on Friday there is an open discotheque in one of the restaurants. We stayed 5 nights and we didn't want to leave.

Wonderful and cozy place, equiped with modern appliances. Big and clean yard to relax. Because the house is situated near a forest it was very quiet and relaxing. It definetly exceeded my expectations!
