This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — every interaction was professional, courteous, and warm. The interior design deserves special mention: tasteful, modern, and impeccably maintained, creating an atmosphere of comfort and understated elegance. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into both aesthetics and functionality. The food was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious at every meal. I've been to several hotels in Veliko Turnovo and this is the best ever. The whole building was renovated recently and everything is modern and new. The staff were really nice, kind and professional. The breakfast is amazing, fresh veggies and fruit, freshly made coffee and juice, it went out of my expectations.

Everything was great, I did not interact with the staff that much but I have been to this hotel on numerous occasions and they are always friendly and helpful and I appreciate it especially when I am busy it's a gem of a hotel.
