This is an excellent hotel that makes you want to come back! With a great location, very close to the center, with beautiful views around. Friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, spacious modern rooms. Breakfast is wonderful! Large selection of food and very tasty. This is not my first stay at the hotel, and next time I will also stay here with pleasure!

I've been to several hotels in Veliko Turnovo and this is the best ever. The whole building was renovated recently and everything is modern and new. The staff were really nice, kind and professional.
