The rooms were nice, but we were charged 70lv per person per night and we booked in advance. We arrived and there was a board at the front saying it is 65lv per person per night with breakfast included. So we paid 60lv more in total for the exact same rooms as it was 6 of us and we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Then the breakfast was just so bad!!! There was no milk or yogurt offered even though they offered sereals, so sereals were not really an option unless you like them with cold water or something that looked like juice(it was really squash not juice). Then on the first day there was banitsa and toast and stuff you'd put on toast. The second day we arrived there was only toast. They serve breakfast between 8 am and 10 am, but if you arrive around or after 9 am there is nothing left and they don't do very well with restocking.

Much better than in the pictures. My expectations were set very low as I rarely stay in hotels of this class, but it was on par with some much better ones. Main thing / super clean & staff is great.

Location of hotel is excellent,close to center,Kaufland,Lidle,Haskovo central bus station.The hotel is exceptionally clean,beautiful clean flooring.Good quality breakfast.Room have good wall isolation and one doesn't hear any sound from other rooms/TV etc.

Very good deal in town. The room was confortable, clean. It’s old, but it’s comfy. The coffee corner is perfect to get going in the morning. They were OK with storing my bike for the night !

I stayed here with my girlfriend, and we originally found this hotel on the map while looking for a place to stay in Haskovo. The location is excellent—just 20 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car from the center. Right across the hotel there is a huge, green park with cafés at the entrance and a zoo at the end. It feels more like a forest than just a park. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool, and it was absolutely worth it—very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless; I honestly couldn’t find a speck of dust. Breakfast was delicious, sufficient, and served quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They solved so many of our small problems during our stay. Many of them speak Turkish, and even though their English is a bit limited, communication was never an issue. We had two wonderful, peaceful days here. If you are staying in Haskovo, this is definitely the place to choose. It’s quiet, clean, and relaxing. The breakfast and dining areas are also nicely designed and well kept. The room had a TV, a fully stocked minibar, and fast, reliable internet. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left very satisfied.
