Everything was as in the pictures! The host was really nice and even though there was a language barrier, we made it work. He was nice to answer our questions and to wait for us at a later check-in hour. Even though he has a house nearby, we never got disturbed, he looks like a nice man you could sit down and have a talk (too bad we don't know bulgarian). The house has an amazing view, some kittens come around sometimes and you can relax as it is so peaceful there, only nature sounds most of the time! The place is really so close to Albena by car and you can enjoy both some hilly views and some beach views in your vacation. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. ❤️ The only thing that needs a refreshing is the bathroom shower, but we managed just fine. P.S. Don't forget to get your own shower gel and shampoo when you come there.

Everything was perfect as always. We have stayed at the hotel several times in the summer and we never got bored or disappointed. Our experience was great. Excellent food, entertainments and facilities offered. Staff is polite and professional and always ready to assist.

Everything was perfect! We spent a lovely time at Sunny Castle!! How should I start, there are so many good things to say: very nice and professional staff, everyone was smiling all the time! Thank you Tim for the upgrade, the apartment was fantastic! Food was delicious, bravo to the chef! If you go with the kids then you don't have to worry about their meals, the kids loved everything! Rooms were big enough and cleaned daily, hot water in the shower 24/7, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser on each floor so you don't have to worry that you don't have drinking water in the middle of the night. Private beach in the front-right of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the guests, where you can take drinks from the restaurant. There is also free public parking around the hotel. We will definitely return!

We like it all🥂🥂🥂🙏🎉🥳..we came 4 couples in economy and double rooms, every thing was very good, clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the SPA facilities, especially the hot jacuzzi outside👌👌👌, big pools, herbal sauna, therapy with little fishes, sea and beach very close We also had 2 birthdays celebration and Irina from reception, was so great, very attended with us, with everything we needed from the bar and we received a birthday cake and champagne as gift, from the hotel...that was top, so nice and we felt special🥳🥳🙏🙏🙏 Gratitude Therma Palace Hotel!!🍀🍀🍀 Good breakfast, good food at dinner...so we're happy with this accommodation and definitely we'll come back🥂 Thank you Therma Palace for the lovely atmosphere!!
