We have just passed this place on our way from Albania to Ukraine and it was comfortable to stay here because the hotel is located on the road. It's a wonderful place, because of the river and mountains around. Here is a cheap and authentic restaurant with a traditional food and grill menu. And rooms have amazing balconies with a river view.

We were 13 people - adults and children. Everyone has his own space: 2 living rooms, enough bathrooms, outside space, a pool. The host is really great - if we asked something, he always had solution, we received excellent tips about Bulgaria. The bed were good, water was hot, a kitchen is very good equipped. Location is great for all travelers in this area of Bulgaria and for supermarkets.

Everything was great. Everybody was smiling and was helpful. I really recommend this place. You can have a really good time. Omv is 1 minute away by foot. Mall and city center is very close (5 minutes by car).

Our four-night stay at John Apartment 2 from May 13th to 17th for our Blagoevgrad trip exceeded our expectations, providing a truly excellent experience. It's an ideal choice, especially for those looking for accommodation in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Blagoevgrad city center, we could easily reach all the main attractions, wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within a short walk. This location is perfect for anyone wanting to feel the city's vibrancy and energy. The apartment we stayed in was extremely clean, modern, and very well-furnished. With its spacious and airy layout, we felt right at home throughout our four-day stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a comfortable living area, and a fast Wi-Fi connection. It was clear that every detail was designed with guest comfort in mind. The overall atmosphere of the property and the amenities provided offered excellent value compared to the price we paid. Having our own private space and all the comforts of home was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The check-in/check-out processes were also very smooth and easy. We stayed only for one night and everything went perfectly. The host was insanely helpful and welcoming. We got to choose between two rooms which was very nice. The one we chose had AC, private bathroom (very clean, free shampoo, hot water and good pressure), very big comfy bed, TV, Mountain View. We got parking spot on the property under a kiwi plant. Giant mirror in the corridor is a nice touch. Whole place is renovated and looks just great. Tidy. Since we stayed only for one night we didn’t have time to explore common areas but it seemed very cosy! And again, the host is very friendly and welcoming. It is super easy to find the place with a car and Google maps (well marked). If you need a bigger store or want to go out it is 20 minutes walk to a Main Street. Neighborhood felt safe too!

Just right from the coming, the host was very hospitable, nice and friendly. The tiny flat is very cosy, clean and has everything that you need, even more than that. The price is the best. And what to say about the view... you can stay the whole day just looking into the mountains and the river, daydreaming. I recommend Strumyani tiny flat with both hands raised. Whoever chooses it, wont regret 🙂

New fully equipped house in a very quiet location. A spacious terrace with a view of the mountains. We have already stayed in these apartments last year and plan to stay in the future. This is the best place to relax on the road. Thanks to Peter and Ilona for a wonderful evening at their home.
