The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice large room on the 6th floor with comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. The room was lovely and warm, once we had worked out how to operate the gas fire, and it was good to have a fridge in the room. The WiFi was great for most of our visit, but it was poor on the final day for some reason. Breakfast was fine on day 1, but there was very little choice on day 2.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom

I could leave my backpack in the hostel where Simon was awaiting me and go exploring. I appreciate the communication with Iris. Thanks to her my stay was smooth.
