The Inn shares property with a pub/restaurant and the Rockport cruise boats so it's quite a convenient place. the rooms are nice, with a porch off the back overlooking the water. nice bathroom. we've stayed there twice and had a nice room each time. there also is a general store where you can pick up souvenirs as well as treats and sandwiches. This motel is very simple, I'd say in a way vintage for the good and for bad. But it is kind of cute.
