Location, breakfast included was absolutely delicious and the unlimited access to the thermal baths was definitely a plus.Great value for the amount paid! We ended up also buying some chocolate from Le patissier de L'hotel Cailler, as souvenirs for our families. Delicious 😋

We stayed 4 nights: Sept 21 - Sept 24. New apartment building, modern, clean, spacious rooms, large kitchen island and dining table, large bedroom, large living/sitting area, balcony with view, next door to Coop supermarket, free car park under apartment building, elevator, 1.5 baths, many storage cabinets/closets. They gave us a free upgrade. This is a very good 4 Star hotel and it made feel like we are in a Five-star hotel. The staff were very welcoming very hard-working, very polite, and going out of the way to help us in every single way. Nice firm Big Double Bed Great Breakfast….. which started early around 6:30 AM which was great compared to other hotels which would start only at around 8 or 9 AM……. Check out was 12 PM which was another plus point but we didn’t wait that long. We left by 10 AM. It was just too good in all ways and we will definitely return again .

Super helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported with our every request. Check-in and out was super easy (in the restaurant - there's no front desk), we actually were able to check-out and pay online with a link they'd sent once we arrived. Clean and comfortable room (ours even had a mini-fridge) in beautiful historic hotel in fantastic location in the heart of Gruyeres village. 2 min walk to castle and museums. Restaurant looked (and smelled!) wonderful though we didn't have time to dine there. Would absolutely stay again! Merci beaucoup to the whole team!

    We had a great time in Charmey staying in this beautifully furnished apartment. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Les Bains de Gruyère and even the cable car! The apartment felt cozy and homey, and it was also very quiet and warm. It had a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The place was very clean and spacious, making it ideal for a family with a small child. We would definitely go back again!

    We enjoyed our stay in Charmey. We weren't there for skiing but wanted to explore the surrounding area. We visited Montreux, Gruyere and the St Beatus Caves whilst staying in this apartment. Communications with the host were easy.
