Late check-in was seemlessly easy, really enjoyed the automated system in place. Room was super clean, spacious, modern, I liked the touch-control hub for all lights in the room. Only awkward thing, the shower curtain blocks out the bathroom light so you have to shower with it open, and the bathroom window opens on to the road. Otherwise, really great place, exactly what i want out of a work hotel.

Very easy to park, big room with enough space with a child. Great breakfast buffet and excellent restaurant next door. Very convenient location for someone travelling by car. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

    Everything! Such a nice helpful friendly team and the location is perfect for so many things loved this hotel! It’s also got some history and it shows…in a good way one of the nice things was the ‘honesty bar’ where (amongst other things) you can fill up your water bottle with ice & water-perfect 👌🏻 Lovely plentiful breakfast and it has a nice little outdoor pool where the grass is full of pollinating insects minding their own business! Towels available. Definitely recommended

    Everything! Staff, location, property, food…you name it, was excellent. Before arrival at the property the communication was very polite and prompt. At arrival we have been served with a local non alcoholic drink. The hotel architecture of the hotel is outstanding as it is a real Swiss style castle. The sauna is in the hotel, so you can walk down to it.

    The receptionists at the hotel were amazing. We were travelling with dogs and they were made very welcome. Parking was plentiful and easy. Beautiful setting.
