We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. We were really happy with hotel and would visit again. Lovely cosy modern colour scheme. Great info available on the TV. Matterhorn view great and good proximity to village and all its amenities. We found the breakfast to be excellent with a wide range of hot and cold options. Happy to recommend this hotel. Very good value for location and facilities.

The BEST hotel I’ve stayed at by far. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and genuinely cared about my stay. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfy and the view was incredible. I treated myself to spa time and a massage and I am SO glad I did. Everything was perfect, and leaving was deeply sad.

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    I couldn't find the perfect word to describe this place. All I can say is wonderful! This place is located in the small town called "Randa" where you can take a train to Matterhorn. The cleanliness and room decoration was more superb than we think. Additionally, they have plenty of kitchenware which we can fully use when we stayed. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

    There is a super nice "snow place" just right beside the hotel. This hotel owner having some basic equipment for us to play in this "playground" and we are really having a great time to have a ski and make snow man. This hotel even has free access to Netflix in the room, without even asking to login to your own account. Prefect!!!

    The room was really cute and cosy. The view of Matterhorn from our balcony was breath taking. I booked this apartment particularly for my dad who wanted to visit Matterhorn. The neighbours were so nice. And Randa is just a 15 minute train ride from Zermatt.

    Wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staying here feels like staying at a very good friend's house, really warmth hospitality and cozy place. Breakfast is sufficient. Super short walk to the train station at Randa.
