Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Thank you, especially to the owner for your attention and care! I recommend it to others and I will definitely stay there next time! Thank you!

The room was newly renovated, lovley decor and deisgn from power outlets to a smart TV. The bathroom was great, and the bed was comfortable. Brrakfast included was good but not a huge selection, however enough. There is a communal area with a microwave and kettle, which is very helpful.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

The room was gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and furnished with great taste. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the staff is very kind and attentive. I also ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very cozy. Great place to explore the Zermatt area.

    Very good accommodation, very clean, open spaces and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend it for people wanting to visit Zermatt very close to public transport and has an excellent view from the apartment.

    Great location in walking distance of the train station, small but cozy chalet with all the amenities one could wish for. We were 4 people wanting to visit Zermatt for a few days and it was perfect for us! Very fair price for what you pay elsewhere in the region. Simple process: Got the keycode 2 days before the stay, host was communicative and friendly. Obviously don't expect a 5-start hotel quality experience, but our expectations were perfectly met.

    Both room and private bathroom were outstanding. Even has a nespresso machine with pods. Bathroom came with some nice soap and shower gel. Breakfast was also excellent, walked away fuller than necessary! Something to note, as it's a self check-in hotel (there's a iPad in the entrance); we had no issues, but if you prefer a human checking you in, then might be best to look elsewhere.

    Throughout my entire trip in Europe and Swiss, this hotel's breakfast is prob the most lacking. Would have liked to have some warm scrambled eggs or the likes instead of just a simple 2-3 selection of cold ham.

    Great location and on the door step of a main train line that takes you to Zermatt and Tasch, great little village, the hotel is brilliant so nice and clean and the room was fabulous!
