The property is very beautiful and well maintained, and you can find out all about its history. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out and we had a great stay.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the lake and Osorno volcano. It has a cozy design with natural wood and fireplace. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff is among the best we have encountered in Chile. The breakfast was also good with fresh-made croissants.
