My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to meet our every need and make sure we were comfortable at all times. The breakfast was excellent, and the thoughtful afternoon tea was a lovely touch that made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Vivi’sand Victoria, who assisted me throughout my stay they were absolutely perfect and incredibly helpful. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized experience in Yangshuo

The room is large and recently renewed. The bed and pillows were very comfy, the shower had very warm water for the cold days. The staff is very friendly and smiley. There is western and Chinese breakfast, and we wanted a local chicken dish which they cooked for us.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location in the Ten-Mile Gallery is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by karst mountains and lush greenery. The rooms are well-designed, with modern furnishings and a relaxing ambiance. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The service was exceptional—the staff spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful in arranging bike rentals and local tours. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I would love to stay here again.

It is one of the best hotels that you can book. I booked this hotel just because of the view that you have from the window. It's a bit pricey considering that with that money you can book 4/5star hotels in the main cities but as I said the view was wow. Initially I booked 2 rooms that, from booking.com, were supposed to have the best view but when I arrived there the staff made me realise that there was another room with a better view, and because it was occupied for the first night, they upgraded one of our room to the better one for free from the second night. Let me tell you that the guys at the reception (Zhou Si Lan and Shi Chunlei) were amazing. They were very helpful. The hotel, being just outside the town, offers 2 free rides per day to the town or surrounding area with a radius of 5 km. Also, at the reception you can book some of the attractions with a discount. In front of the hotel, you can ride horses or rent quads and go around. Also, the rest of the people working at the hotel, like cleaners and waiters, were very friendly and kind. In the evening, they were asking us if we wanted a Chinese breakfast or western breakfast for the next day, and I think this was very kind. The rooms were very clean and at the reception there were 2 cute small dogs. Also, they have a washing machine and a dryer. So far, it is one of the best hotels that I booked in China. A huge thank you to the people working there.
