Very nice hotel perfectly located vey close to east gate to the park. Room was lovely and very well equipped. The girls in reception were fantastic, specially Carol who help us a lot to arrange all tickets to the park and Tianmen. They have a restaurant next door with very good food at reasonable prices.

The hotel service is excellent. The housekeeper Carol proactively shared her contact information, helped plan the travel itinerary, and made reservations for attraction tickets. The environment is also nice, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel was surprisingly good, especially with the service of recommending tours and booking tickets in advance, which saved a lot of worry. Very close to the entrance of the scenic spot, very convenient to Wulingyuan Scenic Spot, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and it is quiet to sleep at night. In particular, the hotel provided a free self-service washing machine, which was very nice for those of us who had been climbing the mountains all day and were stinking. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie. Remarkably painless. Location proves strategic - a mere 8 minute 23 second constitutional to Zhangjiajie's park gates. Breakfast apparatus adequate (self-serve coffee machine produced tolerable espresso, surprising given the circumstances).  Facilities performed to specification:  Gym equipment maintained at acceptable levels of oxidation Billiard table pockets demonstrated appropriate receptivity Laundry operations prevented sartorial disaster post-monsoon hike The concierge team displayed unsettling competence - mapped three days' itinerary with alarming precision. One almost felt guilty observing their systematized efficiency.  Ground floor establishment yielded passable dumplings (though the 'Stinky Tofu Incident' shall remain classified).

The staff was very friendly and even helped us making the schedule during our stay. If you need suggestions they help you and tell you what you can do. The hotel is also very clean and the location is very nice if you want to visit the National Forest Park. There are a few shops and restaurants around the hotel. where you can buy a few things.
