Had a wonderful stay! The guesthouse was clean and cozy, the bed was really comfy, and the owner was so kind and helpful. Before coming, he added us on WeChat and helped us book tickets. The location was perfect about 10 minute walk from the east gate of the National Forest Park and an 8-minute walk from the charming Xiangxi performance, which is very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants and convenience stores nearby.— close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommended and I’d definitely come back!

We loved everything about our stay at the appropriately named Happy hotel. Our room was a generous size and the south facing terrace had a great view over the river and mountains. Best of all was Richard, the hotel manager, who not only made us feel extremely welcome but also organised all our visits to the surrounding national parks for just the cost of the entrance fees as well as getting us discounted tickets for the evening Chinese extravaganza show.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our experience special. They surprised us with a complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely gesture, and even offered us transportation when we needed it. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations – we truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

Very friendly hosts who helped us organise all activities. Great location with a market outside every evening and walking distance from the main park entrance. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Zhangjiajie National Park.

Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. The room environment was excellent, the butler service was very thorough, and it was very close to the east gate of the forest park. All services were good. It was a very satisfactory trip. They upgraded the room type for free.
