The hotel is a beautiful property really well decorated. It’s a great place to chose if you have kids. The owner is very welcoming and helpful and her husband cooks delicious Chinese meals. The entrance to the Great Wall is at about 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is a beautiful getaway in a small village near the Great Wall and as a Westerner from Europa, I could not have wished for a more perfect stay to visit the Great Wall and enjoy some quiet time as a couple after a couple of weeks in Beijing/Shanghai. Upon arrival, we were asked what we liked for food and gave our preferences, which in response, we got the best high-quality food that we have had in China. As we were alone on the premises (we went off-season in September) we literally had a private chef cooking with only fresh ingredients from their garden and the best fish from around there. I mean…🤩 Later we got asked to make a hike to the Wild Great Wall where we had some insane views when on top. Not only did the staff pick and drop us off with a golf cart but we got the yummiest/best lunch pack to picnic on top of the wall. When we arrived back from our hike one of the staff members was ready to pick us up with the golf cart and some nice relaxing tea 🫖. We initially thought that the price was only for breakfast but when arriving we heard that the lunch + dinner + soft drinks/water was all included in the price. So in the end we thought it was a true gem for that price with that amount of quality and made us book a day longer. Overall this was one of the best and nicest experiences I ever had in my life in any hotel. Would for sure recommend going here.

I stayed two nights at Beijing Mutianyu Great Wall Let's Go Hotel & Bar, and it truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a warm and welcoming family. The owners are incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Lily’s home-cooked meals are absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. On my last day, they even prepared a traditional Chinese breakfast just for me, which was such a special touch. The coffee is excellent too! They went above and beyond to help with everything—from organizing airport transfers to arranging tickets for the Great Wall. I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed 2 nights in relax homestay. The rooms were very clean and well designed. The personel was very attentive and kind. They have been super patient since we speak very little chinese, find us good places to eat and offered to guide us to a sunset hidden spot. While the price was a little high compared to other places of this standard, you cannot beat it for its location and the serenity of the environment that it is situated within. The staff are great and do their best to make sure that you have what you need and when you need it. The views from the room, if it isn't foggy, are simply stunning and time seems to stand still when you are staying there. Stan kindly provided us with transport to and from the Great Wall and this helped to set up a wonderful day for us.

We stayed in the family room, which was gorgeous with a hanging bed, hot tub and projector. There was a terrace with views of the Great Wall. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, even driving my family to the Great Wall entrance.
